The personal data collected as part of the competition (first and last name and/or user name, contact data, photo and, only in the event that the photo submitted by you is selected: your address) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and handling the competition.
If your submitted photo is selected, the photo will be published in Magirus' online channels. We do not require your express consent, as the photo is necessary for the fulfilment of the above-mentioned conditions.
The data can be processed both electronically in IT systems and manually in paper form. The data will be kept in our systems and archives for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy. We may keep the data longer if this is necessary to protect our interests in relation to potential liability in connection with this competition.
When the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, it will be deleted. When you make a request to us, we may need to obtain additional personal data from you in order to verify your identity and contact you if necessary. This information will then be processed together with other data we already retain to fulfil your request as required by applicable law. If necessary, certain information may be shared with other companies within or outside IVECO GROUP who will act as data processors of your data in order to fulfil your request.
