Magirus Pump Series

With the introduction of the new pump generation we continue the tradition of the Magirus pump technology at the highest level. From light and standard fire fighting vehicles to air crash tenders, all configurations o fire fighting vehicles can be optimally equipped. Robustness, maximum reliability and excellent quiet running properties characterise the new pumps.

The Magirus fire-fighting centrifugal pumps are available in two different versions: As MPN (Magirus Pump Normal pressure) or MPH (Magirus Pumps High pressure).

MPN - Normal pressure

  • MPN 350

    The pump sizes MPN 350, MPH 350 and MPN 700 are custom-produced for special fire fighting vehicles and airport crash tender with up to 10,000 l/min pump delivery capacity. All pumps are available in aluminium or bronze design.

    Available pump output of the MPN 350:

    • 10 bar - 4,000 l/min
    • 10 bar - 5,000 l/min
    • 15 bar - 3,000 l/min
    • 15 bar - 4,000 l/min
  • MPN 700

    The pump sizes MPN 350, MPH 350 and MPN 700 are custom-produced for special fire fighting vehicles and airport crash tender with up to 10,000 l/nin pump delivery capacity. All pumps are available in aluminium or bronze design.

    Available pump output of the MPN 700:

    • 10 bar - 5,000 l/min
    • 10 bar - 6,000 l/min

MAB - Series

  • MAB 200

    MAB 200

    The MAB 200 is a centrifugal type pump, four-stages on one axle, which can be used both simultaneously and independently in Medium and High pressure. Body and impellers are made of Bronze; the shaft is made of high grade stainless steel, with special graphite sealing rings, which does not need periodical maintenance.

    The pump can be fitted with either two or three-gear multiplying gear-box allowing an easy coupling to the vehicle Power Take Off and a low revolution rating of the propeller shaft.

    Pump Output:

    Medium Pressure: 2.000 lpm at 7 bars
    High Pressure: 360 lpm at 40 bars

    In its standard configuration the pump is complete with suction inlet of 4” from external source. The pump is also equipped with two outlets Ø 2 ½” for Medium pressure and two Ø 1 ½” for High pressure.

  • MAB 300

    MAB 300

    The MAB 300 is a four stage centrifugal pump which can be used both simultaneously and independently in Medium and High pressure. Advantages & special features of the Magirus pump series

The concept of the Magirus pump series is based on modular design and therefore highly flexible. Depending on our customer’s needs, we offer solutions where the pumps can either be positioned at the rear or mounted as mid-ship pump. The pumps are compact, robust and have a strength-optimized construction. All centrifugal fire-fighting pumps are easy on the motor, low noise and environmentally friendly. Further advantages are its cavitation resistant design, high operational reliability and high suction capacity. Every pump comes with the fully automatic priming system Magirus Primatic and is easy to service and maintain as well as suitable for bilge and ballast pumping. Magirus pumps are waste water resistant, have compact dimensions and a low weight.
