By registering you acknowledge and accept the conditions of Magirus GmbH. Registrations are binding and when appropriate must be cancelled in writing.
Registration is possible in writing or by e-mail. After registering the participants you will receive a corresponding invoice which must be paid in full before the course begins. In case of group registrations, each individual participant must fill out a registration form.
In general, even after confirmed reservation there is still no legal entitlement to participation in Magirus GmbH events. The events may also be cancelled or rescheduled at any time due to corporate concerns. In such cases the participation fee paid will be returned to the participant. Above and beyond this, no further entitlements exist on the part of the participant.
In case the participant cancels the registration no later than 14 days before the beginning of training, Magirus GmbH will charge a processing fee in the amount of 50% of the participation fee.
In case of cancellations received at Magirus GmbH less than 14 days before training begins, or in case the participant fails to appear for training, the full participation fee is due. The definitive date for cancellations is always the date the cancellation is received at Magirus GmbH.
In general, training courses and/or positions in training courses are transferrable.
We will provide immediate notification in case it is necessary to cancel training courses for unforeseeable reasons. We generally reserve the right to replace instructors, trainers and/or make changes to training procedures or course content. In all cases the liability of Magirus GmbH is exclusively limited to the participation fee. No further damage claims can be derived from this stipulation.
Please do not pay participation fees until after you have received an invoice. The invoice amount is to be paid in full immediately on receipt of the invoice. Please indicate on your registration form if you wish to use an invoice address that is different from the order address.
Personalized data are retained for the purpose of order processing. This data is retained and deleted in compliance with the applicable laws. Transfer of the data to third parties is prohibited.
Registration for the event dates takes place using the registration form or via our contact address.
Please coordinate with us regarding the content and dates of seminars held by agreement before the seminar begins. Participation in our seminars is exclusively reserved for customers and representatives of Magirus GmbH.
